    What motivations do you have in your life?
    My motivation is around achievements in my job, when I finish a project required by my boss, and it is very well or excellent.
    In my personal life I feel so proud about idioms, I really enjoy when I can comunicate with each other around the world.
    I motivate myself always I am convinced that I am not stupid of any topic no matter what subject is related with.

    What motivates you to keep going, to achieve your goals?
    When I conscious I am doing well in my job, sex, friends, co-workers, relative, etc.
    Also if I am recognized by my hierarchy high levels, I feel accepted and part of the team.

    What motivations do you have in your life?
    In my professional life I have two principal motivations, the first is related with the possibility to be a good professional, learn and understand new topic or go into detail about some topic, capable to understand and develop knowledge. The second motivation is the possibility to give a contribution with the development of my country across the training of the future engineers.


    What motivates you to keep going, to achieve your goals?
    The reward after a hard work, I mean, writing scientific articles where you can displayed results from your research. In addition the satisfaction participating in conferences when You meet people with which exchange ideas and learn more about other topics.

    B) What motivations do you have in your life?

    There are a lot of things that motivate me in my life. One of my best motivation is my job because with my work I was able to have a house, I can travel around the world, I can have a car and the most important thing with my job is that I have a very wonderful team work and a very nice working environment. They make me feel part of a very important project inside the university. But, one of the most important motivation in my life is to wake up in the morning and to know that I can see, to know that I can walk and to know that I can breathe. To be alive is a gift to do any kind of things I want to do.

    C) What motivates you to keep going, to achieve your goals?

    The engine that drives my life is to know that I can do anything I want. That not exactly means do whatever I want to do, means do the things that help me to achieve my goals. In that way, for me is very important to recognize that in many things I need the help from another person. To be humble and responsable helps the people to be better. I also think that I do not know all the things I would like to know that is why I need to be close to the people that teach me to be a better person in this world during all the rest of my life.

    Part II

    A. What motivations do you have in your life?: In my particular case my motivation is related to the final result; It minds that I feel happier when I reach my goals and objectives.
    B. What motivates you to keep going, to achieve your goals?:In my case I have a personal and professional develop plan; so all my projects are related between each others; besides, a good team work is necessary in order to achieve the results, so I feel happy and motivated when I am working with professional and dedicated people.

    I am motivating by my kids and family, because they make my life happier, and inspired me to be better. Also at work I feel motivated when I do a good job and helps to do things better.

    2. What motivates me is the challenge to keep the balance in my different rolls, as a mother, wife and professional. This thing motivated me to keep going in order to succeed in all of them.
